VELUX autumn promotion 2019

Promotion rules

1. The Velux autumn promotion period is from 02.09.-31.10.2019. The campaign is organized only on the territory of Latvia, and its organizer is SIA VELUX Latvia, hereinafter VELUX.
2. Both natural and legal persons can participate in the campaign. VELUX employees and cooperation partners cannot participate in the campaign.
3. To participate in the campaign, buy VELUX Standard Plus or Premium skylights with combined connection EK-, EB-, ET-, EF- and hydro and thermal insulation kit BDX at the building materials store. In the campaign
   the following skylight models are participating: GLL 1061, GLL 1061B, GLU 0061, GLU 0061B, GGL, GGU, GPL, GPU, GDL, GEL, VE-, GIU, GIL, VFE, VIU. VELUX reserves the right to change the product list during the campaign. The amended list of models will be published on the website www.velux.lv.
4. The purchase must be registered at www.velux.lv. Registration is only valid if the registration form is completed and a copy of the purchase document is provided. The purchase document must clearly indicate the date of purchase, product codes and the quantity of purchased products.
5. The purchase must be registered no later than 22.11.2019. But the purchase must be made during the promotional period: 02.09.2019 – 31.10.2019.
6. VELUX is not responsible for technical problems that arise when registering a purchase.
7. The submitted registration form will be processed and checked for compliance with the campaign rules. If no discrepancies are found, the money will be refunded.
8. €2 will be refunded for 100 purchased Velux autumn sale roof windows with combined connection.
9. €3 will be refunded for 200 or more Velux autumn promotion skylights purchased with a combined connection.
10. No refunds apply if 1 GDL balcony is purchased. If 2 GDL balconies with combined connection are purchased, the buyer will receive €200 when filling out the application form.
11. If 1 GEL terrace section is purchased (GEL + VE-), no refund is applied, if 2 terrace sections with combined connection are purchased, the buyer will receive €200 when filling out the application form.
12. The buyer who purchased the above mentioned products will receive a refund in his account depending on the quantity of windows with combined connections purchased.
13. All buyers who have purchased the aforementioned roof window sets in the territory of Latvia and have paid and registered the purchase during the campaign period participate in the campaign.
14. One buyer can recover a maximum amount of €200 during the entire campaign period.
15. The maximum time when the money will be transferred to the specified buyer's account is 30 days after the end of the campaign.
16. One purchase document can be registered only once.
17. This campaign cannot be combined with other VELUX campaigns or discounts.
18. All disputes will be resolved in the form of a contract or in accordance with Latvian legislation.
19. VELUX reserves the right to change the terms and withdraw promises during the campaign. No compensation will be paid to the buyers in case of amendment of the rules and/or withdrawal of the promise.

Protection of personal data:
20.1. Controller of the buyer's personal data: "VELUX LATVIA", SIA, reg. no. 40003279195, address: Liepājas iela 34, Riga.
20.2. Personal data includes the buyer's [name, contact information, purchase document information, bank account number], other payment-related information (payment amount, etc.). Processing
the legal basis is the performance of the contract.
20.3. Personal data will be stored for the period specified by law.
