Wooden windows with hinges in the middle of the leaf OptiLight B are the most popular
economy class skylights for living spaces.
The windows are impregnated in a vacuum chamber and covered with ecological
acrylic varnish. Skylights OptiLight B are intended for installation in roofs
with an inclination from 15° to 90°.
Roof window accessories offered by FAKRO can be used for windows.
Window characteristics:
• double glass package filled with inert gas (4H-16-4T),
• outer glass 4 mm thick, tempered,
• inner glass 4 mm thick with selective coating,
• U for package = 1.1 W/m²K, U for window = 1.3 W/m²K,
• glued pine wood, impregnated and covered with acrylic varnish;
• there are plastic inserts in the lower corners of the window sash that protect it
wood from moisture;
• one sealing rubber;
• handle in the lower part of the Elegant sash with two
micro-ventilation modes provide convenient window operation.
Optilight skylights have a 10-year warranty
Connections are required for the hermetic connection of the window with the roofing material. Their basic function is to drain rainwater and snow from the window and protect it from the wind. Standard connections are made of aluminum and coated with polyester in gray-brown tone (RAL 7022).
Connection TZ intended for window installation in profiled roof coverings, the profile height of which does not exceed 45mm, for example, tiles, profiled metal sheets, rolled profile roofs with a "click" connection system. Connection TH intended for the installation of a window in deeply profiled roof coverings, the profile height of which does not exceed 90 mm, such as tiles and profiled metal sheets.
